UK deliveries 

For orders of under 10kg in weight we use Royal Mail or Parcelforce and the charge is £3.25.

For orders of between 10kg and 20kg (eg a card table), we use DHL or Parcelforce 48hr and the charge is £20

Ireland and other EU countries

Since Brexit deliveries to the EU including the whole island of Ireland have been subject to customs inspection and local VAT charges. Your parcel may be held by your postal or courier service until this VAT and any duty is paid. They will inform you if this is so and any charges will need to paid by you before they can deliver.

For orders of under 2kg in weight we use Royal Mail International and the charge is £7.50

For all orders between 2kg and 20kg we use DHL or DPD* International 3-5 Courier Service and the charge is £30

For all orders  over  20kg we use DHL or DPD* International 3-5 Courier Service and the charge is £40

SHIPPING RATES ARE CALCULATED AUTOMATICALLY AT CHECKOUT BEFORE YOU CONFIRM YOUR ORDER

Delivery is a tracked service and you will be emailed or texted by them with details of when they will deliver. You should then track your delivery directly with the courier. 

You will receive an email confirmation of your order. We despatch nearly all orders within two or three days and will immediately contact you if this is not possible.
