In accordance with new European regulations, we promise to keep your details private and will never pass them to another company. Should you ever decide that it’s time to stop receiving mailings from us just click on the unsubscribe button at the bottom of any email we send and we’ll remove your details from our list.

We only hold essential information regarding your order, e.g. name, address, telephone number, email address and what you purchased. This ensures we can get your goods to you in a timely manner and allows us to contact you if there are problems. We never keep any card details in any format as this is not necessary for us to provide your goods.
For warranty purposes it is essential we keep your details on file. However, just because your details are on file it doesn’t mean you have to accept marketing material from us. We will only send you marketing material if you have requested it.

Security
When you place your order you are automatically connected to our secure servers using SSL 256 bit encryption. Once you enter the secure site a closed padlock will show in your browser status bar. This means that your personal and card details are fully encrypted, and remain secure across the internet and after they reach our order processing centre.
When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected on-line, off-line and in transit. We do not store your actual password should you use one. Instead, a system know as MD5 hashing is used to ‘one-way encrypt’ your password, meaning we can only receive a correct password from you, not send your chosen password outwards from us to you or anyone else.
